Condolences

Condolence From: Deacon Jim Smith
Condolence: Hello, my name is Jim Smith. I'm a permanent deacon at Christ the King Church in OKC. My wife and I do Communion Services at Bellevue Nursing Home, and it was our privilege to get to know Thelma these past few years. We just found out today that she had passed. These last few months she usually wasn't able to come to the room where we had the service, so I would go visit her and give her Communion in her room. She was always very content - she spoke of how she had a nice view out her window, she had her things to read, and she had the TV to watch. We always loved the jewelry and bracelets and hats she wore! I saw her, as it turns out, the day before she died. She wasn't well enough to take Communion, but I was able to give her a blessing. We have formed a pretty tight little community with our people at Bellevue. Thelma will be missed, but I'm sure she's at peace now, knowing the fullness of God's love. Blessings, Jim Smith

Condolence From: Shelley Braniff
Condolence: The best Grandma a person could ever ask for. I have so many fond memories plus all of the ones that I can't remember. She had a sharp wit and warm heart. If I ever live 97 years I hope that I do with the grace that my Grandma did.

Condolence From: Cris
Condolence: My deepest sympathy to this family at this most difficult time. Please find comfort in the words at Psalms 46:1, " God is for us a refuge and strength, A help that is readily found during difficult times". Again my deepest sympathy.
