The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rudy Quintero can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Cris
Condolence: To the Quintero family,
It is so evident that this family has such a love for each other, and that the passing of Mr. Rudy leaves a void that cannot easily be filled. Death is never easy. It is unnatural. But the Love, the Hope, and the Promises that God gives, gets us through. My condolences. Psalms 37:25,26

Condolence: My grandpa was as close to Superman as real life gets. I speak for myself and every one of my immediate cousins when I say that he and my grandma are the strength of this family. He always made sure I was taken care of, always made sure I kept up with my responsibilities and ALWAYS made sure that I knew just how much he loved me. Some of the greatest people in this world are taken entirely too soon and it's a true shame that grandpa was one of them. I am proud beyond words to be his granddaughter. Rest in peace, watch over me... and I'll be missing you.

Condolence: To the Quintero Family
I was very sorry to read of your family's loss. Mr. Quintero was a wonderful person and he touched the lives of those who knew him. May your family find comfort in two of the Bible's promises. One is at Acts 24:15. The other says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." (Revelation 21:4)

Condolence: Bryon,

Enjoyed hearing all the stories about your dad you have shared over the years. Knowing you and hearing those stories made me feel like I knew your dad in a small way. Our prayers are with you and your family during this time.

Condolence From: Deedee Vermillion Smith
Condolence: The Quintero family was my second family growing up. I spent so much time in their loving home growing up with my best friend Joetta. Even as a young person I could recognize the love that was in that house, and especially the love that Rudy and Carolyn had for one another. I was blessed to know Rudy and grateful for the love and acceptance that he always gave to me. We had many great times at the ballpark and the lake - memories I will always cherish. Thank you Rudy for being a bright spot in so many peoples lives. I will always remember your sweet smile.

Love to you all,
Deedee

Condolence: Rudy was a great friend during my high school years and early 20s. He will always have a special place in my heart. He was my best man when I married, so that tells you how close we were back then. My heart goes out to all his family as I know he will be dearly missed by them. I was blessed to have him as a friend. Look forward to seeing him again in Heaven. Goodbye Rudy.

Condolence From: Pam Jackson
Condolence: Rudy Quintero has got to be one of the nicest me
n I have ever met. I grew up with JoEtta, Bryan, and Rudy. I remember such good times with this family. What I remember most about Rudy, was he taught me and my little brother how to water ski. I was so determined to learn and he was so patient to teach me. It probably took at least a whole day before he got me up on 2 skies. I loved hanging out with the Quintero's. It will be cherished memories forever. I am so sorry to the family for their loss. Love forever, Pam Jackson.
