Obituary for Catherine "Casey" Rose Vinson (Vinson)

A rosary service will be 6:00 PM, Friday Feb. 12th, at Vondel Smith Mortuary (6934 S Western).

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday Feb. 13th 2016 at the Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum (13313 N Kelley, OKC).

Catherine Rose Vinson received her heavenly reward Feb.10, 2016 at the age of 58. She was born Jan. 7, 1958 in Oklahoma City to Howard & Elizabeth (Cherry) Vinson. As a young lady, Catherine attended St. James Catholic School, but later graduated from Mount St. Mary Catholic School. She had a servant’s heart, and fulfilled her life by helping others as a registered nurse. She received her nursing degree from OSU-OKC, and was a licensed RN for 32 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, & one nephew Alex Duncan. Catherine is survived by her four siblings, Mary Beth Duncan, Anne Denise Gatlin, Christopher Grant Vinson, & Marjorie Holley Vinson; her nieces & nephews whom she loved as her own children: Leslie, Nick, Samantha, Larry, Andy, Grant, Haley; & one great nephew Johnathan Brown.
