Services to celebrate her life will be 10:00 AM, Friday Nov 25, 2016 at the South Lakes Chapel with burial following at Oakwood Cemetery in Edmond.
Patricia, 72, went to be with the Lord on Nov 20, 2016. She was born May 10, 1944 in OKC, OK to Charlie & Viola Cook. Patricia married Derrell Tevebaugh & they shared more than 42 years of wonderful marriage & family. In addition to being a loving wife, devoted mother & doting grandmother, Patricia worked in the H.R. Dept. at Tinker AFB. In her spare time, she thoroughly enjoyed watching her husband compete in rodeos all over Oklahoma. Preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters: Frances, Ethel, June, Mary Lou, & Virginia; & brothers: David & Jerry. Patricia is survived by her loving daughter, Sheila Koons & husband, Elgin, of Blanchard, OK; son, Eddy & wife Brandy of Choctaw, OK; grandchildren, Jeff Koons, Jennifer Koons, Christopher Wood & Nathan Wood; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings: Ira Cook, Connie Stirewalt, Carl Cook, James Cook, & many other loving family & friends.
