Viewing will be held from 4-8 PM Monday August 14, 2017 at the funeral home. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be 10:00 AM Tuesday August 15, 2017 at the South Colonial Chapel (6934 S. Western).

Geneva, born December 4, 1934, in Okemah, OK, went home to be with the Lord on August 10, 2017. She was the youngest of seven children born to Robert Olen Posey & Willie Lavada Winn. On April 18, 1956, Geneva married Robert Shadrick. She was a housewife & homemaker, and was a longtime member of Southwest Baptist Church. A beloved wife & mom, & grandmother, Geneva loved her family dearly, and she will be greatly missed by many loved ones & dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her:
Parents;
Brothers: William Posey, R. J. Posey, and Robert Posey;
Sisters: Julia Posey and Dorotha Crownover;

She is survived by her:
Husband of 61 years Robert Shadrick;
Sons: Robert “Bobby” Shadrick, Jr. & wife Tonda, and Danny Shadrick;
Brother: Haskel Posey & wife Geneva;
Grandson: Matthew Shadrick;
Several nieces, nephews, and many other beloved family and friends.
