Allen L. Stout completed his earthly journey on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at the age of 69, after a short illness. He is now at rest with his Heavenly Father. He was born April 24, 1948 in San Diego, California to his parents, Robert Woodward and Eula Maxine (Hoppis) Stout. After graduating from high school, Allen attended San Diego State University before serving his country in the Army during the Vietnam war as a sentry dog handler and military policeman. Following his service, Allen moved to Oklahoma City, where he married Ellen Marie Dickey, his wife of 43 years. For 36 years, Allen owned and operated Al Stout Glass Service until his retirement in 2010. Allen was an active member of the Southwest Church of Christ where he served as an elder. He loved teaching home Bible studies and preaching at Village at Oakwood. He was an avid fan of St. Louis Cardinals Baseball and loved woodworking. He will be deeply missed.

Allen was preceded in death by his:
• Parents, Robert and Maxine Stout
• Mother-In-Law Ruth Dickey
• Sister-in-law Kay McCormick

He is survived by his:
• Loving wife of 43 years, Ellen Marie Stout
• Father-in-law Curtis Dickey
• Daughter, Sheila
• Son, Steven and his wife, Sohailah
• His “favorite” granddaughter, Halle
• Sister, Linda Morton and her husband David
• Sister-in-law Deborah Jenkins and her husband Wilson
• Brother-in-law Paul Dickey and his wife Sonya
• Many other loving family, nieces, nephews, friends and his church family
