Visitation will be Monday & Tuesday, November 13-14, 2017 from 4-8 PM with family present to greet friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Services to celebrate her life will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM at South Colonial Chapel (6934 S. Western Ave.) with interment to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City.


Betty Jo Freeman went to be with her Lord on Savior on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the age of 87. Betty Jo was born on January 15, 1930 in Watonga, Oklahoma to her parents, James and Agnes (Bailey) Davis. After graduating Amarillo High School, Betty Jo married her sweetheart, Robert “Bob” Freeman on January 18, 1951. This union of marriage was blessed with five children. In addition to being a loving wife, devoted mother, and dedicated homemaker, Betty Jo also proudly worked as a secretary for the Cox Tomato House for over 20 years, all the while raising five children at home. She was a devoted wife, mother, and doting grandmother who will be forever missed.

She was preceded in death by her:
Parents;
Husband, Bob Freeman;
Son, Jerry Freeman;
Brother, Jimmy Davis.

She leaves behind her loving family:
Three sons: Bobby Freeman & wife, Nona, Mike Freeman & wife, Artheia, and Kerry Freeman & wife, Barbara;
Two daughters: Linda Freeman, and Marka Potts & husband, Willie;
20 Grandchildren;
27 Great-grandchildren;
Sister, Patty Sharber;
Brother, Bill Davis & wife, Sue;
And many other beloved family and friends.
