U.S.A.F. CMSGT (Ret.) Timothy George Zajis passed away Tuesday morning, Sept. 1, 2009. He was a 26 year veteran of the US Air Force who performed 2 Tours of Duty in Vietnam, May 1966 to May 1967. Most recently, Tim was a lead designer at E-Business Systems Design for American Fidelity Assurance for 11+ years. Preceded in death by his father, George Frank Zajis in 1981 and his mother, Beatrice Turek in April 2009. He is survived by his wife, Kimetha Kay Moxley; Daughter, Elizabeth Zajis & Paul Hanrahan & their children, Jason, Katy, & Victor; Daughter, Kristen Zajis & Don Cook and their children, Tim, Aaron, & Brian; Son, Nikolas Zajis & Sylvia Elmore and their children, Dalton & Gavin; Sons, Colin Zajis and Christopher Zajis; sister, Kathy Zajis. A proud Vietnam Veteran, loving husband, father & grandfather, Tim was a great man who was especially proud of his family.
