Funeral Mass will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Little Flower Catholic Church (1125 S. Walker Ave) with burial to follow at Heritage Burial Park (4000 SW 119th).

April Arlene Avila went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the age of 29. The daughter of John Avila and Olga Lydia Carrasco, April was born September 16, 1988 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was blessed with a son, Juan Isaac Zaldivar on July 16, 2009 and loved being a mom to Isaac and wife, to Juan Zaldivar. She dedicated to being there for her family. She will be deeply missed.

She leaves behind her loving family:
Husband, Juan Zaldivar;
Son, Juan Isaac Zaldivar;
Parents, John Avila and Olga Carrasco;
Grandmother, Olga Aguilar Carrasco;
Sister, Michelle Avila;
Brother, Johnny Avila;
Many other loving family and friends.
