Obituary for Kathryn Marie (Madewell) Gober

Kathryn Marie (Madewell) Gober was born February 2, 1930 in Depew, OK the daughter of Joe Price and Liddy Maude (Mann) Madewell. She completed this life on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the age of 88.

Kathryn married Hubert Kenneth “H.K.” Gober on October 2, 1948. They made their home in Oklahoma City for many years where they owned Gober Construction Company and were members of Forest Hill Christian Church. After 66 years of marriage H. K. preceded her in death on December 20, 2014.

She is survived by her daughters, Sheralyn Roberson and her husband Ron of Richmond Hills, GA, Rhonda Lynch and her husband Bill and Kenna Musser of Oklahoma City; her nine grandchildren, David Roberson, Scott Lynch, Mark Musser, Michelle Wartley, Todd Roberson, Robyn Padgett, Hugh-Michel Musser, Laura Weems and Hunter Musser; and eighteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Madison Mikala Musser.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 17th in the Vondel Smith Mortuary North Chapel, 13125 N. MacArthur Blvd. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum.
