Lloyd Gramling was not only a friend but a great police chief. A man of integrity honesty but such a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. I will never forget my association with Lloyd as in professional way but in the good friendship we had for many years. Glenita and I are sorry we could not attend his funeral today, but a medical appointment prevented us from doing so. We are so sorry for your loss But rejoice in that Lloyd is with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God bless you all.
