Alva Wayne Walters (Al to everyone he met) was born on December 18, 1929 in Canton Ohio. Al was known as a vivacious, generous, gregarious man to all who had the privilege of knowing him. A natural born salesman with a mischievous sense of humor, he devoted his life to his family and friends. Al’s beloved wife of 68 years,Mildred Marie Walters (Millie), preceded him to Heaven just a few weeks ago. His sister Rena Grimsley, and his brother Earl Walters are both deceased. His passing is mourned by many including his brother Harry Walters and sister-in-law Judy Walters; his children and their spouses: Suzanne & Patric McGuire of Prosper, TX, Ron & Joree Walters of Oklahoma City, OK, and Cindy & Scott Sewell of Ft. Worth, TX ; his grandchildren: Aaron, Ryan & Mary Kate, Bryan & Sasha, Landon, Ashleigh, Kelsi & PK and Austin; and his great-grandchildren: Jameson, Parks, Prescott, and Monroe.
