Jack Irwin, 91, passed from this life, August 31st 2012. He was born January 15, 1921 in Okmulgee, OK. He was a member of Exchange Ave. Baptist Church. Survivors include his daughter, Susan Irwin and cousins, Frank & Loreece Dennis as well as numerous friends. Services to celebrate his life will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Vondel Smith Mortuary South. Viewing will be Tuesday morning prior to the service.
