Billy Isaac, 68, passed away Jan. 16, 2013. Billy was born in Wichita, KS to William Wesley and Melva Jean (Hoffman) Isaac. He was a member of Crown Heights Baptist Church in OKC. Billy worked as a stocker for the ARC and was active in the Handicap Foundation. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend and will be greatly missed. Billy was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his sisters Jodi Dunham and husband Jimmy of Guthrie, Pam Majors and husband Jimmy of Wichita, KS; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Conway and husband James of OKC, Wendi and Chehalis Kincaid of Portland, OR, Sean Williams and wife Emma of Okinawa, Japan, Matt Majors and wife Jen of Wichita, KS, Jayson Majors and wife Tammy of Wichita, KS; 8 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
