Rudy Quintero passed away on December 11, 2014 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years old. He was born on February 12, 1939 in Oklahoma City to Jesse and Pauline (Mercado) Quintero. Rudy was OU’s number one fan and had a room at his house dedicated to his beloved Sooners. He enjoyed coaching his family in sports, going to the lake and watching the Atlanta Braves and the Dallas Cowboys. His greatest passion was watching his grandchildren playing sports.

Rudy is preceded in death by his:
• Parents
• Six Brothers and two Sisters

He is survived by his:
• Wife; Carolyn Quintero
• Five Children: Vickey Troutman, Jaylene Gregerson, Rudy Quintero, Joetta Tipps, Bryon Quintero
• Eight Grandchildren: Amanda Holman, Tori Quintero, Taylor Tipps, Cody Troutman, Tristan Tipps, Garrett Quintero, Jessie Troutman, Sierra Quintero
• Two Great Grandchildren: Dakota Holman, and Levi Holman
• Many loving family and friends
