The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Harley King can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Harley was one my mother's (Margaret King McAnally) many first cousins...he like the rest felt more like my Uncles and aunts as I was growing up than cousins...the King clan was very close back in the day. ..my daddy once told me they were bonded closer together than glue... I have a lot of fond memories growing up on 19th street. ..seeing the cousins at Uncle Buddies or over at Velmas...guess they are about all together again having a grand time. ..

Sorry for your loss cousins. ..

God speed to you cousin Harley...give mother and the rest of the clan my love. ..

Condolence: I extend my condolence for the loss of your loved one. I did not know him, but I do know the emotional pain and emptiness that a loss such as this brings. Take comfort in knowing that the Bible promises a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous at Acts 24:15. That includes your beloved, Harley. This promise is not a dream, but a sure hope because “God does not lie” as stated at Numbers 23:19. To learn more about this wonderful promise answering the question "Can the Dead Really Live Again?", read or listen to this 1/2 page article by typing the following URL into your browser: tinyurl.com/mezwv23. I hope the cited scriptures will bring you comfort in the days ahead.
