Billie D. Smith, 61, died on May 2, 2009. She was born November 8, 1947 to Billy Joe Richards and Winnie Frances Wilcoxson in San Jose, CA. Billie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Billie was a beloved employee of Tomlinson Insurance Agency. She is preceded in death by her mother, and her Mama and Papa Earl and Ada Mae Richards. She is survived by her wonderful husband of 44 years Bennie of the home; daughters, Pennie and husband Russell Thole and their two children Chase and Austin; Kim Smith; Kellie Smith; and Bennie D. Smith and numerous beloved brothers, sisters, and friends. Services will be held at Emmaus Baptist Church on May 5, 2009 at 11 AM to celebrate her life.
