Obituary for Denice Marie Lidwell

Denice Marie  Lidwell
Denice Marie Lidwell, 59, passed away on February 3, 2018 in Oklahoma City. Denice was born in Spangler, Pennsylvania on October 26, 1958 to the late Leo and Irene (Zock) Lidwell. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Penn State University. Denice moved to Oklahoma City in 1990, and has been an employee at DCP Midstream for the past 37 years. She was an expert in her field, intensely enjoyed managing the measurement analysts and took great pride in her work. Denice excelled in baking and sewing. She loved to read, play cards, watch movies and cheer for the Pittsburgh Steelers. She was a proud parishioner at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church. Denice was a great Mother, Sister, Daughter and friend, and will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
Denice is survived by her son, Matthew and wife Danielle, of Edmond, OK; her sister JoAnn Carnabucci (Nick) of Altoona, PA; her sister Jackie Billy (Emile Jr) of Ashville, PA and her nephew and nieces Corey, Amy and Elsa Friedenberger.
Denice is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Monty Lidwell and her grandparents Leo and Evelyn Lidwell and Frank and Catherine Zock.
A memorial service gathering will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Vondel Smith Mortuary, North Colonial Chapel. A future burial service will follow in Coupon, PA.
