Obituary for Queba Shirel Painter

Queba Shirel  Painter
Viewing will be held at the cemetery after the graveside service.

Graveside services will be held 10am, Monday, June 18, 2018 at Resthaven Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th).

Queba, 69, went to be with the Lord on June 12, 2018. She was born July 2, 1948 in Oklahoma City, OK to William & Myrle Painter. After graduating from U.S. Grant High School, Queba worked for 35 years at Southwestern Bell and then spent 10 more years employed at Fairview Elementary School. She was self-sufficient and very handy around the house. She enjoyed watching football and auto racing. She had a fun sense of humor and a strong love for animals, caring for many strays. But most of all she loved her family and was a reliable source anytime anything was needed. Queba cherished the times she spent going out to eat with them and will be greatly missed by family, colleagues and friends.

She was preceded in death by her:
Parents;
Nephew - Todd Sampson.

She is survived by her:
Sister and brother-in-law: Quanah and Dan Sampson;
Niece: Kelli Sampson;
Great niece: Sierra Sampson.
