Viewing will be held 4-8pm Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the funeral home (4000 SW 119TH). Services to celebrate her life will be held 10 AM Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the South Lakes Chapel with burial to follow at Heritage Burial Park.

Velacion sera de 4-8pm el Martes, 19 de Junio del 2018 en la funeraria (4000 SW 119th St). Servicios funebres para celebrar la vida de Sandra seran el Miercoles, 20 de Junio a las 10am en la funeraria, seguido por el entierro en Heritage Burial Park. Sandra Luz Gomez de Najera, 56, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 15, 2018 in hometown Villa Ocampo Durango, Mexico. She was born to Manuel Gomez and Enedina Armendariz on September 29, 1961 in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. She married Gilberto Najera, the love of her life, on July 11, 1979. Sandra enjoyed knitting and loved spending time with her family. She and her family lived in Crane, Texas for 23 years before moving to Oklahoma. Sandra enjoyed traveling to Mexico to visit her loved ones every time she had the opportunity.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Ramiro Gomez.

Parents, Manuel Gomez and Enedina Armendariz;
Husband, Gilberto Najera;
Son, Gilberto Najera Gomez and his wife Rosy;
Daughters, Sandra Najera Gomez & her husband Ivan Calderon and Liset Najera Gomez & her husband Oscar Covarrubias;
Brothers, Ramon Gomez, Manuel Gomez and Emilio Gomez;
Sisters, Olga Gomez, Maria Elena Gomez, Enedina Gomez and Leticia Armendariz;
Grandchildren, Ivan and Sergio Calderon Najera, Gilberto III, Andres, Alexa and Rafael Najera, and Natalia Covarrubias Najera; and many other loving family including nieces and nephews.


Sandra Luz Gomez de Najera, 56, fallecio el Viernes, 15 de Junio del 2018 en Villa Ocampo, Durango, Mexico. La hija de Manuel Gomez y Enedina Armendariz, nacio el 29 de Septiembre de 1961 en Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. Se caso con Gilberto Najera, el amor de su vida, el 11 de Julio de 1979. A Sandra le gustaba mucho tejer y le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia. Ella y su familia vivieron en Crane, Texas por 23 años antes de vivir en Oklahoma. Ella le gustaba viajar a Mexico a visitar a sus papas y a su familia cada vez que tenia oportunidad.

Fue precedida en muerte por su hermano, Ramiro Gomez.
