Rita May Dupree, loving wife, mother, and friend went home to her Heavenly Father on Monday, July 23, 2018 at the age of 87. Rita was born May 25, 1931 in Atlantic City, New Jersey to her parents, Axel & Catherine Carlberg. She married Donald Coleman Dupree on November 14, 1964 and enjoyed over 53 years of marriage together raising their daughter Donna. To help support her family, Rita worked as a laundress in the hotel industry until her retirement. Rita loved meeting new people and brought joy to all those around her. She loved bowling and being a Coast Guard wife, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family & friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Parents;
Brothers, Axel Carlberg Jr. & Carl Carlberg

Rita is survived by her loving:
Husband ~ Donald Dupree;
Daughter ~ Donna Cable & her husband, Tim;
And many beloved extended family & friends.
