Viewing will 4-8pm Saturday Oct. 13 and 12-8pm Sunday Oct. 14 at the funeral home with family present 4-6 Saturday. Graveside services to celebrate his life will be held 10:00 AM Monday, Oct. 15, 2018 at Resthaven Memory Gardens.

Leo, 78, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Leo was born in Ft. Smith, AR to Leo Roy & Doris (Ray) Carter. He married Betty Lou Kelly, sharing 30 years together making memories & raising their family. He provided a warm & loving home for his family by serving as a meat cutter for Crest Foods. Leo loved working his land and being on his tractor, but most of all, he loved his Lord & his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Robert Carter. Leo leaves cherished memories with his wife; son Mark Carter; daughters Tina Beadnell, Wendy Anderson, & Dena Karraker; brother Donald Carter; step-son Billy Clark; step-daughters Patricia Wadlow, Bonnie Sherwood, Darlene Howard, & Tammie Miller, 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; & many other beloved family & friends.
