Ramona Ann Foster passed away from this life Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the age of 76. The daughter of Lemuel Albert Mayes, Jr., & Lucille Francis (Johnson) Mayes, Ramona was born February 19, 1942 in Hobart, OK. After graduating high school, she married the love of her life, Ronald Foster on June 9, 1961, and together they shared more than 42 years of marriage raising their family before Ronald’s passing in March of 2004. In addition to being a loving wife and devoted mother, Ramona helped provide for her family by working for Kerr McGee as a secretary until her retirement. Ramona and Ronald were long-time members of Council Road Baptist Church, where they grew in their faith serving the church and its members. In her spare time, Ramona loved going out to eat, watching football, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. While she was also a huge OU fan, she harbored a fondness for Mike Gundy. One of Ramona’s favorite places to go to was Lake Tenkiller, where she could be found anytime life allowed her to get away. However, nothing was more precious to Ramona than spending time with her family and numerous friends. Ramona will be remembered as a woman dedicated to the Lord and as a loving wife, sister, mother, & grandmother and will be missed by all who knew & loved her.

She was preceded in death by her:
