Peter Edward Tetreault was born into eternity on Sunday, December 9th, 2018 at the age of 62. Pete came into life on December 29, 1955, to his parents, Francis and Lorna (Fields) Tetreault in Oklahoma City. Graduating from Mount St. Mary’s Catholic High School, he began his 42-year career with Sears Automotive at 44th and Western. It was at that same store in May of 1979, Pete met the love of his life, Susan Irene Potter. Knowing they were meant for one another, they were joined in marriage at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on October 25th, 1980. Together they shared more than 38 years and proudly watched their daughters and family grow. Not only in his stature, Pete was considered a giant to his family. He had a giant heart; caring for his parents well into their final years. He had a giant kindness; always adopting rescues and strays to be the well-loved family pets. He was a giant kidder; bringing lively humor and his unmistakable, boisterous laugh. He was a giant kid; bringing his joy and playfulness to his three grandchildren, Carson, Miles, and Lydia. He was a giant friend; extending generosity and companionship to everyone he met. Pete’s giant presence will be deeply missed.

Pete was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Michael Tetreault.

He leaves behind his loving wife and family: daughter, Aubrey Folmsbee and husband, Kuma; daughter, Holly Moore and husband, Matthew; daughter, Elisha and her partner Jackson; brother, Paul Tetreault & wife, Patty; sister, Renee Staubus; three grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
