Billie, 84, received his Heavenly reward on April 25, 2019. He was born on February 3, 1935 in Roland, Oklahoma to Otis and Lois Irvin. Billie honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He helped save many lives serving as an Air Force medic and after 20 years of service, he retired from duty. On February 3, 1956, Billie married his sweetheart, Patricia Ann Welch and together shared more than 59 years of marriage before her passing on August 19, 2015. Billie was a longtime Methodist. He enjoyed hobbies such as golf and spending time with his grandkids and neighbors. A fun-loving and compassionate man, Billie will always be remembered for his ability to make others laugh, and his deep love for everyone.
