Services to celebrate Carolyn's life will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the South Colonial Chapel with burial following at Highland Cemetery in Okemah, Oklahoma.

Carolyn, 88, entered Heaven’s gates on June 19, 2019. She was born on Oct 6, 1930 in OKC to Manley & Elma (Sheets) Bloom. Carolyn married Fred Laminack on Nov 26, 1949 & they resided in Marlow, OK. This union of marriage was blessed with a son, Matthew. Later in her life, Carolyn married Charles B. Woford & they were happily married for nearly 20 years before Charles’ passing in 2006. In 2013, Carolyn moved to the retirement community of Village on the Park, where she had a multitude of dear friends. She will be deeply missed.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her:
Husband, Charles B. Woford;
Cheryl Halstead;
Sister, Betty Woford;

Carolyn leaves behind her loving:
Son, Matt Laminack and his wife, Susan, Higden, Arkansas;
Chuck Woford and his wife, Cindy of Oklahoma City
Janis Gaerte and her husband, Ken of Indianapolis, IN;
Sister, Mary Nell Walraven;
A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Carolyn was one of my very favorite cousins. Loved talking and laughing with her. She was a joy to be around and I will surely miss her and will cherish the good times we had.

I am so sorry for the family’s loss. Death is one of the hardest trials to cope with. May you find comfort from the future promise recorded in Isaiah 25:8 which says “he [God] will swallow up death forever.” We can be certain God will fulfill the words from his word the Bible.
