Obituary for Bonnie Merle Dryden (Greene)
Bonnie Merle Greene Dryden, was born October 1st, 1920 the last and baby girl of 11 children of Thomas Greene and Osa Etta Greene. Family said she was so spoiled by her daddy, he carried her on his hip until her feet dragged the ground. Bonnie was married to Levurn Luther Dryden on February 5, 1940 and gave birth to Ronny Sherrill and Paula Gayle. Her family included her children, her Grand children, Tawny Cheryl and Darcy Gayle, and Great Grand children Brandon Paul, Brittany Brianne, Carra Linda and Gabrielle Jordan, Aubrey Elizabeth and Rachel Lauren.
After a long season of Dementia effects, on Thursday, August 22, 2019, Bonnie passed to her long awaited reward of Glory with Jesus and was reunited with her Levurn and many beloved family. She served the Lord her whole life and was an example of Christ likeness to all who knew her. One facebook response stated that she was "the steadiest, most Godly" woman.
Mom was the epitome of God's Love, Grace, Compassion and Forgiveness to all who knew her... and was loved by all. "Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. Knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." 1 Cor 15:58
