Obituary for Frankie Earlene "Lightfoot" Reynolds

Frankie Earlene Lightfoot Reynolds was born November 26, 1927 in Littlefield, Texas the daughter of E.H. and Nancy (Atwood) Lightfoot. At one year old her family moved to eastern New Mexico where they began ranching and farming. After high school, Earlene went to Oklahoma City to live with her sister. This was during World War II. After the war, she met and married Jack Don Reynolds. They were married for 55 years until his death. The had three wonderful sons, seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Earlene worked at the State Department of Health for five years. When their first son was born she retired and became a fulltime homemaker. Earlene loved being with her family and friends. Her home was always busy with people dropping by. Her husband and she made many enjoyable trips together, and she loved going to their place at Lake of the Arbuckles. Earlene was a member of Southern Hills Church of God for over thirty years. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Jack Don Reynolds; her brother Raymond Lightfoot; and two sisters, LaVerne Joplin and Bernell Killough. Earlene leaves cherished memories with her sons, Mike and his wife Nancy, Bob and his wife Aide, and Jim Reynolds all of Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren, Josh, Sarah, Lori, Daniel, Aubrey, Krista, and David; Ten great grandchildren, Joe, Noah, Asher, Michael, Gregory, Zachary, Timothy, Owen, Adalyn, and Brooke; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
