Ruth Ellen (Sugar) Weatherall (88), of Oklahoma City, passed away June 27, 2020 from natural causes.
Sugar was born June 12, 1932 in Frederick OK. At the time of her death she was a resident of The Lakes Care Center at 5701 W. Britton Rd. She was retired from the Oklahoma State Auditor’s Office, as Director of Continuing Education
In her free time Sugar was an avid china and tole painter and loved her dogs, reading, and tending the flowers and plants in her gardens.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jim P Weatherall and her parents; Nathan Lee and Lottie (Hamby) Williams as well as her brothers; Lynn-Boyd Williams, Johnny Williams, Fred Williams, and Hershell Williams and Step-daughter Jamie Weatherall
She is survived by her son, Tracy G Reagan and her brother Paul Williams and sister Jan (Williams) Reagan, Step-son Clay Weatherall & longtime co-worker & very special friend Eva Jo Sparks whom she considered her daughter
