Khamphong Heuangvilay passed from this earthly life on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the age of 73. Khamphong was born on July 5, 1947 in Vientiane, Laos to his parents, Janhbouneheuang and Phaly Heuangvilay. In 1974, Khamphong married his one true love, Khamboth Souklaphackdy Heuangvilay and this union of marriage was bless with 7 children. In May of 1993, Khamphong fulfilled his dream of coming to America and moved his family from Laos to San Diego, California. Later that same year the family moved from San Diego, California to Minnesota where they lived for a short time before making Oklahoma their home state in 1994. Khamphong began working for Teft David in 1994 and remained working there until 2000, when he began working for LSI from 2000 to 2005. Later in 2005, Khamphong began working for MD Building Products where he worked for 8 years before retiring in 2013. Khamphong had been a resident of Oklahoma City for 26 years before his passing and raised his family here. Khamphong was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, son and friend who will be deeply missed.
