Doris Jean Catlett received her Heavenly reward on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the age of 83. The daughter of Orville Ray and Blanche Alice (Mott) Catlett, Jean was born on December 28, 1936 in Calvin, Oklahoma. After graduating from Capitol Hill High School, she began working at the Federal Aviation Administration, where she worked as an administrative assistant until her retirement. Following her retirement, Jean worked for Mardel Christian Bookstore, Foleys Department Store & the Oklahoma State School Boards Association. In her spare time Jean enjoyed reading, attending gospel music concerts & visiting with her extended family. Jean was a longtime member of the Southwest Assembly of God Church where she faithfully attended with her parents. Jean was known for her love of children and animals, her quick wit and constant smile. She always remembered all of the special occasions of her family and friends, and always loved helping to raise the children of her cousins.
