To Ken Higdon’s daughters and rest of family,
I first met Ken in 1966 at TAFB. We became fast friends and enjoyed many lunches together. We worked in Cost Accounting For many years Ken was my best friend. We took our wives, Pat and Jo Ann, to Pink Panther movies, and visited in each other’s homes. After I retired in 1990 and Ken in ‘91, we continued to lunch together on regular basis. When Ken turned 90 I bought his lunch and told him he could but my lunch when I turned 90. I’m not there yet. When I get to the “mansions of God”, Ken owes me a lunch. Ken was a good man, wonderful friend, and I shall miss him greatly. I cannot drive. My wife just had knee surgery and because of COVID will not be able to attend his service. Our deep condolences and prayers are with you.

Hi Kendall, Hedi and I love you so much and we know you are in the presence of our Savior. I talked to Debbie the other day and she was so gracious. You and Hedi and I have such fond memories of each other. Press on dear friend and you can smile knowing that you have already seen what Hedi and I will soon see: the beautiful face of our Lord and Savior. In the love of Jesus. Hedi and Orion.
