Steve Alan Campbell went to be with the Lord on November 20, 2020 at the age of 67. He was born May 10, 1953 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to his parents, Paul and Peggy Campbell. Steve graduated from U.S. Grant High School in 1971, where he met his soul mate Elyce Evans. The two wed on August 22, 1975 and established their family in the OKC Metro, and were blessed with three sons, Garrett, Austin, and Marshall. Steve began working at Evans Enterprises in 1973 where he devoted many successful working years to managing and growing the business. He retired in 2010.
Steve loved spending cherished moments with his family. Weekly trips to their lake house, going to football games at The University of Oklahoma, holiday celebrations and family trips were among his favorite pastimes.
He loved his family dearly and always made sure they were well taken care of. He passed along his good taste, his love of the lake, watching sports and playing golf to his children and grandchildren. He was known for his dry sense of humor. He passed those skills on to his children as well...
Steve will be forever remembered as a loving husband, proud father, doting grandfather, and the best friend anyone could ask for. He will be missed daily, by all that knew him.
Preceded in death by his: Parents, Paul and Peggy Campbell, and brother George Campbell.
