Bobbie was born in ThatLuang on January 1st, 1968 to John and Susie Siharath.
Bobbie was mother to Jenny and husband Eckee Sayarath, Penny Singnavong & Amanda Singnavong. She raised her children with love and devotion in Oklahoma City with her husband, BounKham Singnavong.
She is survived by her children: Jenny and husband Eckee Sayarath, Penny Singnavong & Amanda Singnavong.
She also has 6 grandchildren, Jayden, Sydney, Julianna, Alexandria, Eva & Mileena Sayarath.
Aside from the children she doted on, Bobbie is survived by many family members and friends.
