Susan, 63, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2016. The daughter of Betty & Jack Irwin, Susan was born June 20, 1952 in Lima, Peru. For many years, Susan worked as a secretary for American Fidelity Insurance Co. A longtime member of Exchange Ave Baptist Church, Susan had attended Brookwood Baptist Church in the recent year. Known by many as the “Hat Lady”, Susan always had a smile on her face & enjoyed making others smile with her sweet personality. She enjoyed going to the movies, musicals & plays, and was humble cook. She will be deeply missed. Preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers: Steve & Jackie. She leaves behind her boyfriend, Rick Hammon and all of his family and countless friends.
