I did not know Paul well, eventhough he was a neighbor of mine at a condo downtown.  However, whenever I came into conflict with a few of the more nit picky (imho) rules at our building, I could always depend on Paul's enthusiastic support.  Often times it was only him, but it made me feel less alone.  Today I miss him as I again find myself again in opposition.
