I think I have the correct Inskeep family; if so, I had his son in my speech class at Red Oak Elementary a number of years ago. I remember Mr. Inskeep told me during an IEP meeting that he was moving his family to Newcastle as he thought that would be a good environment for his children. I have since retired, but Jimmy was one of the students whom I thoroughly enjoyed having in my class. I know your father will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My husband, Jim, is a Shriner who was inducted in the last ceremony that was held. He will be making his second trip to Shreveport the end of this month.
